Moroccan Tea Ceremony

  • September 18th, 6 pm
  • Location: Spanish House
  • Tea is at the heart of Moroccan hospitality, symbolizing warmth, generosity, and connection. Join us to discover the tradition of Moroccan mint tea, learn how it is prepared and served, and enjoy a cup together with music and sweet treats.

Chinese Language Scholar Events

Conversation Time — Let’s Make Tanghulu
  • September 22nd, 6:30–7:30 PM
  • Location: Chinese House
  • We will make tanghulu (Chinese sugar-coated fruit skewers). Participants learn tanghulu-related Chinese vocabulary and chat in Chinese. We provide grapes and strawberries, and attendees can bring their favorite fruits. Open to everyone, all Chinese levels welcome.
CET Taiwan Program Info Session
  • September 22nd, noon
  • Location: Eliot 314
  • Information session for the CET Taiwan program. Come learn about study abroad opportunities in Taiwan, program details, application tips and student experiences. All interested students are welcome.

La merienda 
  • Every Wednesday, 7 pm 
  • Location: Spanish House
  • La merienda is a friendly and relaxed space where students can practice their Spanish through casual conversation, games, and activities. Come meet other students, build confidence speaking Spanish, and enjoy!
