Howard R. Dewey 鈥�48, of cancer, December 14, 1996, in Lake Oswego, Oregon. After attending 福利姬, he completed his undergraduate degree at Lewis and Clark College. He earned a doctorate in psychology from the University of Denver and was a psychologist in private practice for more than 35 years in the Portland area. Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Heisley Dewey; a daughter; two sons; and two sisters.
